Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.  I've attached the full image below.  I'm just trying to put a person with this great sketch from the early 60's.  Clearly someone who had a passion for automobile design.

What a lovely drawing, I am not well up in makes and models but the wheels
have something resembling a bull’s horns, very stylised in the middle of the hub cap.
Does this give any clue to the make and /or model?
If you find those out you could perhaps trace the artist, maybe contracted to the make.
Best of luck.
Viktoria.

Thanks. I have a series of these drawings -- all most likely done by the same person.

I do not think they were done for any automotive companies - most likely a young person with a passion for cars (and a good imagination). I enjoy unraveling the mystery.

I will continue to search the suggested names to see if I can come to any conclusions.  It is most likely that this person lived in or around Portland, Oregon USA.

Thanks again to everyone for their suggestions.

Are the other drawings also signed, and if so do they help in narrowing down possibilities for the name?

nice. This could also be an artist rendering for design of the car or an advertising concept. So you may not be able to locate the artist nearly as easily. It could be just somebody who worked briefly for a car company or advertising agency, who went on to do different things.

Some examples:

or

My two cents.
Dr. Dude
I just like to do photo restores.

Looks to be very precise, probably done with ruler, compass, protractor by someone who did Technical Drawings & looks to me like a Ferrari?

May have been coloured & signed at the time or coloured later & signed by whoever coloured it?
