It is stating that the person named in the baptism subsequently married a Margaret George, daughter of Thomas and Anna George on 1st June 1914 at the church of St Francis Xavier.
I think the last couple of lines are the names of witnesses.

Looks like a marriage of Margaret George on 1 June 1914 to the child that was baptised.
Is it Peter Melia baptism?

Presumably it is the marriage you were asking about here? https://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=805105.msg6635790#msg6635790

Just for the record, it says:
1 Junii 1914 Matr[imonium] contraxit cum Margareta George filia Thomae et Anne George in Eccl[eslia] S.F. Xavier coram testibus Daniela Williams et ?Agust ?Denby
P. Sircom (i think  :-\ )

I think the second witness is Agnes - Agneta being the appropriate form of the word in that place in the sentence. I wondered if her surname might be Keating, though I'm far from certain on that.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

OK - I hadn't looked at your other thread, but I have now, and also the image in the register. It's a lot clearer there, and it does indeed appear to be Daniel Williams and Agnes Keating.
