Welcome to Rootschat  :) Unfortunately there won't be many records for early 1700s in County Antrim and you really will need a better location than 'County Antrim'- parish if not actual townland- and religion (although most church records won't go back that far).

Have a look at this topic- My Ancestor came from Ireland- where do I start?

They were Presbyterian. I know about him when he starts showing up in Pennsylvania by 1750, but other than the year he was born, his county, and his religion, I know nothing about him before 1750’s PA. I don’t know his parents names, siblings, or exactly when he came here.  I’m just really stumped. I do know that they came to Co. Antrim from Scotland but don’t know where in Scotland, and since I don’t know his parents, I don’t see how I can get to Scotland.

With the limited information you have and records available I can't see how you'll be able to find the family in Ireland let alone Scotland.

Have you checked local histories, other branches of the family, etc.?

That’s what I think too, but I’m not ready to give up just yet. I know more than the other branches of the family.  I’ve gotten this far and can seem to get no further.
