Understanding Marriage Certificate 1935

Hi Guys - just beginning to research my family tree and was wondering if anybody could help me make out the condition, occupation and names of the fathers specifically on this marriage certificate. Thanks!

The bridegroom is a farmer, and his father Wm [William] Kirk is/was also a farmer.
