Looking for 1901 census & death of Harriet Gibson b1856, St Stephens in Brannel, Cornwall, England.  Have her in Cornwall in all uk census 1861 to 1891.

1901 in USA likely Nevada, California, no census details or death info. Travelled between 1891-1901. Likely died before 1910 census.

Thank you, last born daughter Lavinia b 1892/1893 in USA so she must have travelled between those yrs. Or after 1891 UK census.

The census says that Moses immigrated in 1887 and Harriet and 3 oldest children in 1892.  The youngest daughter on the 1900 census was born Apr. 1893.  So that all seems to make sense with what you have.

Harriet doesn't seem to be on the California death index, which goes back to 1905, so I'm guessing she probably died before then.  There are Nevada Co. deaths from earlier on microfilm - https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/198820?availability=Family%20History%20Library

Moses, Harriet , William , Ernest & Headley  Gibson arrived  New York 27 Oct 1891 from Liverpool on SS Arizona , destination Grass Valley , California.

Have you checked with the cemetery to see if Harriet is also buried there with Moses (1917) and Irwin Elsmere Gibson. ?
