She is in several trees on Ancestry - have you contacted the tree owners?

Trees claim that parents/grandparents from Lincolnshire - so where do you believe the Aborigines fit in?

Oscar C Woodley.

I have no way of confirming if so, but they are both listed on the electoral rolls in the 1930s and later, in the New England area ... along with many others of that surname - for example,
NSW ER 1932 TAMWORTH, polling at Nundle.
Oscar Cornelius, Duncan's Creek, farmer
Stella Annis, Duncan's Creek, home duties

George Scarborough was born in 1853/54 to Charles and Nancy.

115/1853 V1853115 144 KING George S parents CHARLES and NANCY

119/1854 V1854119 144 KING  George S parents CHARLES and MARCY

Death: 14434/1928 KING George S parents CHARLES and NANCY NUNDLE

No marriage for parents in NSW, but looks like one in UK. Bourne is Lincolnshire:

Mar 1852 7a 451 BOURNE
BANKS Nancy
KING Charles

Connection of this George to Oscar, last column: http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article246814969
