Death record 2005
« on: Thursday 20 December 18 05:59 GMT (UK) »
Hello and Merry Christmas everyone,

Am i wishful thinking or is it possible to find a death record for a person who died in NZ in 2005 without knowing the date and place?

Would searching all the death indexes at  library be the only way i could maybe find this record?

Oh well then, I have no idea.
you could try phoning NZ BDMs  I suppose.
Or as you said, library and newspapers.

Think it goes back to 2007.

Not sure if BDM's will give you the information over the phone, as you will need a RealMe account for Non Historical Records.

According to amemorytree FAQ's.

How far do your records go back?
We have been recording all daily newspaper death notices since December 2006.
