What dates Xin? I am not sure if you can access old Crockfords’Clerical  Registers But he will be in there somewhere if a Church of England minister,

Only the Church of England uses the title of Vicar for parish clergy, as far as I know.

The term Rector is also used,our Vicar did tell me the difference but can’t bring it to mind just now.

I wonder if you might be able to find an obituary for him in an old newspaper?  Such an item may also provide a photo and a lot of information on him and his background.

I was researching a Vicar recently as part of the background of a WW1 soldier who had been killed.  The vicar was his Father.  I found Father's (vicar) photo in the Illustrated Chronicle 1912 as part of his very long and in-depth obituary.
