Having taken a bit of a break, I feel in the FH mood again.
« on: Friday 21 December 18 16:26 GMT (UK) »
Over the past 2 or 3 months I have taken some time away from genealogy, may be due to Ancestry posting very little in terms of updates of UK records.

But it is good to just take a bit of a breather from genealogy from time to time as it can be overwhelming if you channel your energy into it too much. It is never a chore, but can be frustrating and time consuming. FreeREG is being updated constantly, especially Essex, where many of my lot came from.

Welcome back coombs  ;D

Sometimes it is good to take a step back from any hobby for a bit and genealogy can be very time consuming and draining at times.

Enjoy the Festive Season

Have Ancestry been indexing for SEAX?

Interesting if they have been indexing for SEAX. It will really help with my Essex lot. Genealogy is like shopping, we are fast doing it online as opposed to going out to shops/record offices respectively.
