Struggling with the Denton's (born c.1844/5 but just faded away)
« on: Friday 21 December 18 17:33 GMT (UK) »
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

William Denton was born in London c.1844/45.  By 1871 he was living with his mother Charlotte (Head) in Edinburgh where he was a clerk in the Civil Service. In 1881, 1891 and 1901 he was also living in Edinburgh, now with his wife Eliza L (born 1844/45 in England, no county given on the Scottish census), latterly they bought their home at 7 Ethell Street, Edinburgh. By 1911 William was a widower, lodging in London, a retired civil servant.

But I cant locate Eliza's death or for that matter William's death, confused........... :-[
thanks Pete
