I am looking for details of my father who was in the above regiment 9th battalion  serving in Burma  during ww11.  Does anyone know how to get hold of the records please.

Your father’s records will still be with the MOD, see the website on how to order them. There is a fee of £30 unles your mother is still alive, they can ordered by her for free.
