Thanks it does look like the right Jane.  I looked up Villa Street, Handsworth on Google Maps and it is very close to the border with Aston, so probably just a case of moving registration area boundaries.

I am almost sure that the Aston death record is the right one.

No it is my mistake, I put the Find a Grave memorial up hoping for a photograph of the grave to get more information from the gravestone, with a request, and got the person wrong.  I need to change it.  Her husband Samuel seems to have been buried in Key Hill Cemetery too, in 1873;  he died 12th October 1873 (and left a will to his second wife dated 31st December 1873).
