The census years that Keyboard86 and I found have Rodinea listed with the surname Penton in 1861 and in 1871/1881 she was using the surname Williamson.   

I can't see a birth for her on FreeBMD however from the 1859 baptism  it looks like her mother Elizabeth Penton wasn't married to the Mr Williamson who was Rodina's father.   Found a family tree on Anc. that lists her mother as dying  on 12 October 1860 at  St Mary's Hospital,  Paddington which was presumably the reason that Rodinea was raised by relatives

As Keyboard86 says the birth date listed at the on the 1859 baptism matches the birthdate of the Rodinea Ebert on the 1939 Register  which ties in nicely

The only death registration in 1860 Paddington area, is an Eliza Penton Dec qtr 1860 Kensington V01A page 24 aged 19?

Rhodina (as I read the name) is helpfully described in the occupation column as “housekeeper’s niece”.

  OK so now we have an Elizabeth Penton of 23, Walmer Place who had an illegitimate child in 1859, and seems to be from a tree the Eliza Penton who dies in Kensington Dec qtr 1860 aged 19?
