Bastardy Bonds

Hi, I am trying to trace a baby born to Clara Hoyle in Lancashire (I think), born around 1942-5.  When my mother divorced my father  in 1945, this baby was cited as reasons for the divorce.  I later found out that he was paying maintenance for this baby who would be a half sibling of mine.  My question is how do I search the Bastardy Bond list for Lancashire?  I've tried Ancestry.com lists but nothing comes up.  Or, any other ideas come to mind?

District : Burnley
County: Lancashire
Mothers maiden name Hoyle.
This birth looks like a single mother unless she married someone with the same name.

Bastardy Bonds usually cover the period from 1576 until 1834.
In later years, Maintenance Orders would be heard in Petty Sessions and Magistrates Courts.

The relevant County Record Office would be the place to search.

Be careful mentioning names in a birth so recent,it is likely that the person is still alive.

From 1839 all bastardy cases were heard at Petty Sessions, and initiated by the mother, who had to produce corroborative evidence to convict the putative father.

Cannot see a Clara Hoyle in 1939 in Lancashire - badly transcribed, died recently or still alive?

Added:  Some with births 1900 to 1910.
