Tithe Applotment records shows a Francis Stars in Raudergan.

Rootsireland transcribes it as Stars, of which there were a few, though not many, in County Tyrone.

Excellent!   Thank you for this.  Very useful to know, it is likely to be Stars.  I've been staring at the word for hours now.
