Bristol and Hereford burials

Hi,
Any advice on how to trace ancestors burials in and around Bristol?
I have
Samuel Seed d. Ruysdael Place Bristol 23 May 1869
Thomas Seed d. Ruysdael Place Bristol 22 June 1874
Amelia Seed d. Hereford Oct Nov Dec 1883
Thomas Seed d. Clifton Bristol 19 Oct 1895

Have you looked on any maps for the nearest cemeteries and churches to their death places?

On the 1881 census, Amelia Seed was living in Widemarsh Street in Hereford, which is in the parish of All Saints.  The graveyard associated with All Saints church was to the west of the city, and has been built over.  I believe that all burials from this graveyard were interred into the cemetery at the Crem.
