William & Marys's Fathers names, or maybe any Witness's.

I have some details on William but none of Mary Sheers.

I have had an Irish dna match to someone & think it could be via Mary Sheers.
But without being able to find her ancestors, it's a dead end.

Lots of William McGinnis in Philadelphia    See they had a daughter in 1915 who sadly passed away in 1916. Address could be 2028 Winter Street
