Help with Rose Hall cause of death please

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with another death certificate cause of death (hopefully not as terrible as the last one!). The certificate is at https://www.tribalpages.com/tpphotos/fullphotos/whitecottonunited_6918604.jpg and cause of death reads: "Acute glandular....."

Any help with the final word would be much appreciated.

I see ‘glomerular nephritis’.

i don’t think it’s glandular. I think it’s glomerulor nephritis.

It’s of no consequence at all, but on the cert. I think it says ‘or’ at the end.
