Frank King

Hi there,
I am trying to do family history for a friend and am really stuck before I even start on Frank King.
I don't know much about him. This is what i do know:
He died about 1980/84 in Bletchley and was aged about 52.
He married Daphne Stratford in 1953 in Harrow - she died about 2015 in Bletchley
They have numerous children that I do know about.

I have been able to go back further on the Stratford family but am totally stumped on the King family. I can't seem to find a suitable birth for him around that area.
Just need a jump start.

Marriage and death cert required.  Too many hits in the 1939 register, in which he may not be recorded because of his age.

There are 3 hits in the 1939 register, with a y.o.b of 1928.  Northants, Sussex and Yorkshire.

His death reg gives a birth date of 23 Oct 1928, registered 1980, North Bucks, Buckinghamshire.

Frank could also be Francis.

Yes, as suggested you need perhaps a marriage cert if you know for sure the details, death you are assuming is 1980/1884 so marriage is a better chance of finding out who he was, are there family who might now considering they had many children

Possible Mafalda was of foreign extraction, can t find much else about her.

Thought Frank might be the one born 24 Dec Q 1928 died 1980 with dob 24/10/1928 mmn Keet
but no reason really as there are other possibilites born same year.
This Frank appears to be  in the 1939 in a sanitorium though Daisy(poss mother) appears to be widowed.

Death cert will give you a possible next of kin, as informant of death.  This would confirm you have the right death for him, and the right Frank King and d.o.b.

There is an Army marriage in 1947 in Pola, Phillipines
Edward King and Mafalda Furlani , Edward and Mafalda are in Harrow from at least 1947 on the electoral rolls.
Unfortunately still can t be sure about the relationship with Frank at the same address.
