This Frank appears to be  in the 1939 in a sanitorium though Daisy (poss mother) appears to be widowed.

Daisy Keet married an Edward King in Guildford  1927. Interestingly there are some other King/Keet children b Guildford before the marriage but no other couple I can see that could be the parents

There's a previous Keet marriage in the area in 1920 - a Violet.  This leads to sisters Violet and Daisy b 1901 and 1905 respectively in the Wimbourne area of Dorset

The widowed Daisy King in Guildford area in 1939 is older
