John's death in 1898 i make the address out to be 208 Block K Guinness Trust Building's or Iveagh Trust after Lord Guinness.
http://www.theiveaghtrust.ie/?page_id=644

This area of Dublin was better known to locals as Bride Street
and this is the address that he appears to be buried from in Glasnevin
If you set the index for 1898 and enter his name and 208 in the address box on its own his name registers, take 208 out and enter Bride on its own and it still registers
https://www.glasnevintrust.ie/genealogy/results/index.xml

as it's an extended grave there are other people buried with him you can get a read out of the grave on line for 8 euro or 10 euro with book images, details are provided on the link.

It looks like Margaret CARROLL married Alexander LOCKER on Sept 03 1897
in the Curragh Camp, Co. Kildare LINK

They had one daughter in Dublin - Emily b Dec 10 1897 LINK

They moved to Derby before the 1911 census
Margaret states she was born in Dublin but may have been unaware that it was in Newry
