Death in Netherlands help locating

Hi can any one help locate the death of the following person in the Netherlands please.

Ebeltje Geertruida Hazekamp

She was born on the  16 SEP 1911 • Midwolda, Scheemda, Groningen, Netherlands

Death Unknown.

She was living in Glimmen Haren Groningen in 1974.

She was married to Heino Boersma, he died 17 Aug 1951 in Groningen.

I do not know their childrens names and I think some of their children lived/moved to the United States.

I would also like to find out where they are buried.

I have checked Wie is Wie and also the Delpher historic newspapers for her death but have found nothing.   

I hope some one can help.

Heino was buried in “Begraafplaats Selwerderhof” in Groningen, but it is not clear whether his grave still exists (I suspect that it has been removed)

I couldn’t find a grave for Ebeltje. Of course it is very possible that she was cremated.

Thank you so very much for sending the attachment for Eduard Albert Boersma's Obituary on Dignity Memorials  in Washington USA.....WOW this is my family who I am trying to find. Eduard's father Heino was my great Uncle. The attachment also gave me so much information including some never seen family photos, and one of my great grandfathers brother Evert Boersma. I truly am grateful for your research and  help. 

It is sad however to think that the grave site of Heino Boersma at Begraafplaats Selwerderhof maybe removed... this is so sad that they do this in Holland. Heinos grandparents are also buried a that cemetery but still have the headstone there.
