Looking for Ellen Doran baptism

Hi. I am trying, without much success, to find a baptism record for Ellen Doran. The info I have so far is this..... born between 1855 and 1856 according to 1911 census Burnley in Carrick Tipperary. She married Patrick Burns, possibly in Rochdale as their daughter Sarah Ann Burns was born there in 1876. She married Thomas Green in 1877 in Burnley, father listed as James Doran. Her mother, Ann, is living with her in 1891 census Burnley. Ellen has a brother Michael, married in 1879 Burnley, father James Doran. Any help would be wonderful. Many thanks as always.

What was Ellen Doran's religious denomination?
If R.C. have you tried the Parish registers,  Carrick on Suir link given here.
