Hi I see Meleanor Eliza died in 1890  Holborn aged 62, from my findings re census, baptisms John Watts was b c 1818, their is this baptism, 18th April 1819 St Gregory Sudbury Father Thomas occ Cordwainer Mother Mary.
There is a death in 1890 Holborn of a John Watts aged 71?

There is a Melina Prime in London in 1841 bn c1828 parents William & Eliza
HO107 /727 bk9 f23 p40

Also in St Giles Cripplegate in 1841 is a John Watts 20 occ Shoe maker Not born in County

EDIT I see when Meleanor Eliza Watts aged 19 married Thomas Wackett 24 on 25th August 1867 St James, Shoreditch she names her father as John Watts occ Plumber, he was also one of the witnesses.
