That is a lot of transcribing Goldie!   Not really difficult to read, but the legalese is tricky and lack of punctuation does not help does it?

Hope Bookbox sees this.  She might know the terminology.

Goldie many many thanks! Reading the part of the document transcribed by you, it was not difficult. However, in my defense, I must say that for a non-English speaker the handwriting reading is more difficult! Haha
By the way, this topic has been split into two more. The others images of this document are in the others two topics. If you may help me with those images too, I will be most that grateful. Thanks again Goldie!  :)

Being a non English speaker certainly wouldn't make things easier!   ;)

Legalese isn't easy either.   :)

Had some time this morning to check my favourite site for all words Scottish!  gives you some idea of particularly Scottish terms.

http://www.dsl.ac.uk/entry/snd/owersman
- so an overseer

http://www.dsl.ac.uk/entry/snd/poind

http://www.dsl.ac.uk/entry/snd/declarator

and it dawned on me they are 'mutual Arbiters'

Glad I got that cleared up in my head! :)

You'll see there are some more transcripts on your other post which I did a couple of days ago - it was for  image 4. Not sure if you have seen them.
Do you want me to try and do the rest?
I see nobody else has tried to finish them off! :)
