THANKS TO EVERYONE.
« on: Friday 04 January 19 15:49 GMT (UK) »
Thanks to everyone,
To one and all who have helped and tried to help. I cannot praise the rootschat site enough with the help and assistance that you have given.
I have now decided that it is time for me to stop with my research, pass it on perhaps to another interested family member. Unfortunately my continuing and unpredictable weakening health condition has made me to make this final decision. Along with the approx 18 year old brickwall that I have continually had and been unable to destroy.

Rootschat just keep up your excellent work in helping other's.
With  Best regards, Happy Hunting to one and all. JUST J

Paulo L,
Hope there's enough info. Just like to add the following to broaden the picture. HENRY WENTZELL b1854? What importance of his b.c means.
From the start of my research with only my Grandfather's b.c.
From this I have managed to trace, and believe it's right that I have traced the family back to the 1841 Census.
The Brickwall is not being able to find his b.c. details.
His b.c should hold the details of who his father is.
Both HARRY & ALFRED were Lancashire and Cheshire born.
Their Mother was born Camberwell, Surrey 1836. Records seem to show she never lived anywhere else but the Surrey,London area. The only time she is from the London area is when she's giving birth to HARRY & ALFRED. ( 1854 / 1857 )

The SADLER household, - her Father dies between 1841 & 1851. I  believe her Mother dies not long after. Th elder brother become's head of household. He marry's a woman 10 /12 years older, family not found together on any further census. Family split. ??
CHARLOTTE for some reason ends in Liverpool area, but return's back sometime 1858 / 1859 to London.

I have acquired 1859 Marriage Banns for CHARLOTTE SADLER b 1836 and ALBERT WENTZELL b 1839. ** They do not marry until 1871**
Have not yet found Banns for 1871 wedding.

(1841/1851 census record details of the SADLER's I have.)
Thought' s that comes to mind, 1854 - CHARLOTTE unmarried, with child, ?? does she register the birth ?? HARRY is born. Liverpool, Lancashire.
*Cannot find b.c.*

2 years pass 1856/57. ALFRED WENTZELL born in Wirral, Cheshire. Father on b.c JAMES WENTZELL.
Choice of two, one born 1816, the other born 1837. ( Father and Son )
1816 JAMES dies 1863, Croyden.

1837 JAMES starts 20 year Indian Army career 1857 to 1858. He is discharged Jan.1878. On return he marries SARAH WILSON. Isleworth, Mddx.

No b.c for HARRY.?... ...what if a WENTZELL is not the Father? .....What if his Mother did not register the birth? .....  Can you birth's search by Mother's name only.

Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks. Just J

Families from both U.S.A and ENGLAND have been unsuccessful in finding details of my G / Grandfather brother's birth certificate HENRY ( HARRY ) WENTZELL supposedly born 25th OCTOBER 1854 Liverpool Lancashire. The date is from his U.S.A obituary. When going to the states he name changed to his Mother's maiden name of SADLER. ( SADDLER )
Her full name was CHARLOTTE SADLER b 1836 Camberwell.
I have her 1841, 1851 Censuses with her family. 1861, 1871 Censuses with her son's HARRY and ALFRED. Unable to locate on 1881 Census. CHARLOTTE dies 1882.

Thanks for taking a interest. Just J
