Thanks again to everyone. The record arrived and it was the full certificate. It looks like there was a coroner's inquest on March 8, 1871 (Mary McCabe-found dead in bed). I am off to see if the inquests are in the records somewhere too. I might post that new question if I don't have any luck! Again, many thanks to everyone for all of the help!
