Trying to help my Dad find his family - (East London / Essex) thank you!!

HI. My Dad has tried before and he /I would love to find out more about his Mothers side of the family. If you can help us out, we would both be so happy.
So her name is Marie Thelma winter (was Govey) and she married George William Winter on 25th DEC 1934. Marie was born 20th Jan 1920 and died 10th march 1989. George was born 28th May 1911 and died 5th Aug 1985.
They both lived in Dagenham and Romford Essex for many years and had 2 children (Barry Winter and Brenda Winter).
We have traced back my Grandad's family but unable to do anything with my Grandma.

If your dates are right, Marie would have been married at age 14 - looks unlikely?

I see that Marie’s 1989 death registration (in Havering) gives her birthdate as 20 January 1912 :)

Also later brother WILLIAM  JAMES RICHARD BECKFORD GOVEY born Hackney 1914.

Assume Beckford was a family name somewhere.
