Florence married Henry Lifford in 1955 so presumably she had divorced her first husband William Govey by then:

William Stephen Govey was one of the executors to the probate of Albert Arthur Walters of Cheam, Surrey in 1940. Doubt there will be more information in the will but could be worth looking at.
