Hi
Yes ,Ireland is confusing.
The parish is Summerhill.
Apparently in Ireland's there are townships within the parish ,I presume have their own little chapel so parishioners don't have to travel so far.
It's not something I'm up on but apparently when it comes to official records ,land tax etc you need to know the township as well as the parish.

So there's the township, the parish, and the county.
So it's the Township  of Gallow, parish of Summerhill and County Meath.

And just to make it more confusing they actually live at the district or village of Dangan.,inthe township of Gallow.

I don't live there or have a lot of experience in Irish stuff so I can't explain why.
Sorry
