The information posted to this discussion has been very helpful!  How would I go about finding out about the father, William John Rous (1874-1931)?  I am trying to find a little more information on his death by, what I hear the story is, was an accident.  As well, what suggestions can you give as to where to look for his involvement in a motorcycle business in Brighton?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Which newspaper would be the best to investigate the Rous family that resided in Brighton on Dyke Road?  Any other resources available that I can take a look at?  Suggestions are gratefully appreciated!
