Thank you again, he may have come from Surrey. Some of th Tuttys, apart from other parts of the country, were from Mitcham, but also Oxfordshire and some other places, originating from Ireland.

I don't know how relevant this is but I knew a Sidney George Tutty born Boston Lincs c1904 died there 1964.
I know he had a family. Might be worth a look.

Hi Redroger,
i dont think that it was one of my Tuttys, although most of them did stay around the Mitcham area,  it could be a long shot to check out. There is a Sidney J Tutty who emigrated to USA, he was born in Mitcham, though, and was one of my connections.
This Sidney just  had two daughters, to my knowledge.
Thank you

Thank you again, he may have come from Surrey. Some of th Tuttys, apart from other parts of the country, were from Mitcham, but also Oxfordshire and some other places, originating from Ireland.
If he was born in England or Wales in 1930 you should be able to find his birth indexed here-
https://www.freebmd.org.uk/search
If he was born in Northern Ireland or Scotland his birth will not be available in online indexes.
If he was born in Ireland the registration is too recent to be online but should be listed on Family Search- there are several possibilities in the index there and mother's maiden name listed but no way to tell if any of them are the person you've asked about.

I am trying to find who the parents were of a William J. Tutty. He was married in 1955, Eastbourne
The marriage certificate should list father's name and occupation (unless illegitimate).

Thank you. I did find a birth for both a Judith O'Dwyer and a William J Tutty, in Ireland, both born 1929, but as it states, on his death record, that he was born in April, 1930 i have dismissed this birth record, as one for him, although  I am not sure about Judith, though, as have nothing to corroborate this information.
Thank you for your help and advice

As I said there are several possibilities in Family Search and it's possible the informant was mistaken about William's date of birth or he didn't use the same date as his actual birth.
This one is certainly possible for an April 1930 birthdate-
