Surname could also have the spelling of.....DUNET, DUNNET or DU-NAY.

I found a Marie  DENEY with a father Jean (John).
Maybe John was not born in 1862 . I'l try to find a Jean DENEY with a father Jean around 1862 .

I do have here that John's (1862) father was Jean.......John's age at the time of his death was given at 72, he died in Australia.......could this Marie be a sister? he did have 6 children and they were all born in Australia.

I would appreciate anything you may be able to find.

make a note - looks like a different Jean - this ones father is Thomas - mother is Jeanne Sephin - I am posting so you don't get him confused with YOUR Jean - BUT - your info saying Jean as father ??  I wonder if it Jeanne as mother - is it written in French ?...where did you get info father was Jean ??   this Jean born 26th Aug 1862 Gironde - registered next day 27th

The only info I had on John and who I thought was his father was given to me on a sheet a paper so there wasn't much to go on....will contact the owner of the tree, thank you all again...
