1628 register entry

I would much appreciate a transcription of this 1628 parish register entry of another child of Abraham Lea. I can see that it is the baptism of Thomas son of Abraham Lea but there is more that I can’t make out.

Thomas son of Abraham Lea was baptised 13 November
The same Thomas was buried 14 November
