Ancestry and other pages slow to load

Have you tried just reinstalling Firefox?  Probably in your Downloads Folder.

I've had to do it a few times when it wasn't running great!  Lose nothing.

Close F/fox first.

Hi Hallmark,

Thanks for the suggestions. I have just tried reinstalling Firefox on my laptop and that has worked, Ancestry matches are loading fully and properly and my VirginMedia emails containing graphics are as well.

A silly thought, but until today, when I actually read your signature data for the first time, I had always read your name as Andre Walston.
