Lost in 1871

I am looking for Elizabeth McMullin born 1821 Sidmouth Devon in 1871 can anyone help please/
In 1851 she was 4 months old with her parents Edward and Elizabeth and 2yr old brother JAMES
In 1861 she was still in Sidmouth with her father and brothers Edward(9) and John(5)
In 1871 Edward and John are with their father no sign of ELIZABETH
1881 Elizabeth os a servant in Christchurch Hampshire 9birth place WOOLBROOK which is an area of Sidmouth and her surname is given as  McMullen) Father Edward is living with John who was married brother Edward was in prison.
1891 she and her father are living with John and his family.
So please where was she in 1871?

HI, I suspect she is the 20 year old servant born Devon in 1851 in the household of George TM Saunders living in Hemingford Road, Islington as he was also born in Devon.
