Help finding Tom Eustace in 1891 census please

Good afternoon and thank you in advance for any help that can be given.

I have been unable to find my great granduncle Tom Eustace in the 1891 census.

He was born in Compton, Berkshire 1869 to Amos Eustace and Mary Ann Clarke
1871: Compton, Berkshire
1881: Chaddleworth, Berkshire - Scholar
1891: ??
1894: Married Fanny Georgina Haines
1901: Brightwalton - Shepherd
1911: Maidenhead Thicket - Shepherd
1935: Died - Maidenhead

I note the family are on the census below at Hungerford Rd, Brightwalton but no Thomas.

I had the 1891 census with the other family members. 
He had a brother who was in the army in 1901, I wonder whether Tom may have been as well in 1891?

I checked military records but he did not appear on the search on A.....y

Thank you - I have been searching FindMyPast, Gen..ist and An..y - beginning to think he wasn't recorded?

I have today ordered his 1894 marriage cert to see what address is on that in the hope that it might give me a clue where else to look.

Update:  I now have the marriage cert for Tom Eustace and Fanny Georgina Haines.  It states that their residence at the time of marriage was Brightwalton.  I have looked again at all the people living in Brightwalton on the 1891 census and cannot find either Tom or Fanny, although Tom's parents and some of his younger siblings are living there.

I wonder where he is.
