Good evening
I realise this period of time was one of great influx in to NZ but wondering if anyone can shed light on when the following family members may have come to NZ:

1. Richard Lawrence Wood with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Ada B: Middlesex England 1898.  (Richards ChCh cemetery records states he was living in NZ about 50yrs prior to his death in the north island in 1959).  They came out together I presume.
2. Richards step-father: Robert Sibley and his full sons ( John Sibley B: 1868, Charles B: 1869 and Thomas 1872-1945.

I have found the record for Robert Sibley's wife and their younger children ( Alfred, Albert and Ada and Rosa) arriving on the Ionic to Wellington in 1892.

I am also interested in the parents of Richard Wood born 1871-1873.  His mother Elizabeth married Robert Sibley after Richard was born and appears to have kept his father's surname throughout his life.  I believe his father to have been Richard occ: plumber.  What become of his real father?

I am also interested in who Robert Sibley's first wife (1843 Devon England - 1909 ChCh NZ).  It would appear she born him the first sons John 1868, Charles 1869 and ? Thomas 1872.

I have good information on the family in NZ except for John and Charles.

Any information regarding the above would be very welcome.

Do you have the actual M/C?

Of she was a Spinster Richard Wood was illeg and he lied on his M/C to Elizabeth Gratwick.
