Hi I see on the 1891/1901 the wife of William gives her name as Sarah Ann Knight Worthington, their is this birth/death in Fylde:-

Bessie Worthington March qtr 1892 Fylde mmn KNIGHT
Death Dec qtr 1894 Fylde Bessie Worthington aged 2
So possibly the missing death from 1911?

Ah! So she probably lodged with her uncle and hence met my ancestor in Blackpool. Thank you!
