Yes I do know the date of the document but I don't know the informants date of birth or her maiden name. She is the mother of a Herbert Augustus Leopold Howard born 1896. I really don't have much other information at present. I was trying to figure out his parents to find his birth and marriage certs
i couldn't  resize to include more of the cert. the birth was in 1928 and copy from 1943
Thanks

Sorry everyone, it is a birth cert but I am missing a piece as it was a digital copy emailed to me. Think baby is Eliza Howard.  Parents are Gladys Mary Moller and Herbert Augustus Howard. Informant Gell Howard mother. He is a blouse manufacturer.

In that case “Gell” is presumably a nickname for Gladys?

Added: or perhaps it’s supposed to say G M Howard?

“Mother” on a birth certificate means the baby’s mother.

Is he the one who came to NZ in 1954 and married in Cheshire 1921?  Some on-line listings are noting a birth year of 1898.

May have come out with a Grace Howard (M) and a Dorothy Forster Howard.  Gladys is 8 years older according to the emigration record on FS.

Death record  1955 in Stockport Cheshire may be worth getting. Shows birth year as 1896.
