Did Cecil Charles MILLHOUSE marry?

Cecil Charles MILLHOUSE was born 01 Oct 1888 in Lincolnshire and his birth registered  in Grantham, Vol 7a page 465 - Dec 1888.

In the 1939 Register Cecil is shown living with Florence E MILLHOUSE born 1 Nov 1881. Both individuals are identified as married.  The question is it are the individuals married to each other?

I cannot locate the marriage and hoping for some assistance.

Cecil appears to be a clerk at the Grantham recruiting office, presumably that is why he was in Warminster area
