Mary Brown 1851 and 1861

Mary Brown born 1841 Chester-le-Street, Durham

I have her 1871 onwards when she is married to Christopher Forster (married 1866) but she is not with her parents Robert and Dinah Brown 1851/1861

I wondered whether the problem might be that she had been married before so though married as Mary BROWN she might be in the censuses with a different surname.
However son John Wilkinson FORSTER born 1868 has mmn BROWN.

May still have been listed in 1851 and 61 with a different surname if her mother had married after she was born.

What does her marriage certificate give for the name and occupation of her father?
Have you figured out where the “Wilkinson” name came from?
If you have not found her in 1851 and 1861 then how do you know the names of her parents when it is such a common name.

EDIT You are correct, her baptism was 3rd October 1841 Chester le Street Father Robert Mother Dinah?
