Maybe the address should read = "St Clair", Malden Estate, etc., etc..     
ie "St Clair" is the name of the house . . . . .     

On the road out of Sidmouth heading towards Sidbury, in Sidford,     
there are Malden Lane, Malden Road and Malden Close,           
right on top of each other.     

A cemetery is just south.

Tried all combinations of the address and still nothing online, strange.

1933 map of the area (to the south) of Sidford shows a house "MOLDEN" where Malden Lane is now.     
(Opposite the other 2x prev mentioned roads)

Hello, the address of Louis Bilton is actually in Sidford so he may well be buried at the church there rather than Sidbury.. Also depends what his beliefs were to as to which church he may have attended, if any.
