Tony I am  unable to see murmur,it looks like bruit to me.What am I seeing wrong?

Victoria, I saw bruit at first, but compare 'mur' with 'much' in the line above, ignoring the dot above 'mur'

also looking on the internet, Vibratory Systolic Murmur makes sense

Oh I do agree it makes sense ,but am still a bit mystified,but bruit or any
computation of thst makes no sense at all.

I definitely see bruit. It could make sense if you use "bruit" with its french meaning of "sound" or "noise".

which makes complete sense in the context.
