I wonder how old the first Elizabeth was when she died - all we know is she was under 1.  Maybe her birth just wasn't registered

The marriage certificae for Robert does say his father was Job SMITH a labourer (same as Tracey's father) and Matilda ORGAN was a Widow - maiden name: PHILLIPS   (father: Isaac PHILLIPS as labourer)....

Robert was living at Kington

It certainly is - GRO indexes has birth entries of children with mmn SMITH , apart from James & Elizabeth bn1877

It looks as if Elizabeth was approx 2 months old - her ch Jul 1877 and burial Sep 1877
