In case you don't have it, the NY death index says Mary Tierney died age 66 on 13 Apr. 1941 in Granville.  Her obituary is here - http://www.fultonhistory.com/Newspaper%2019/Albany%20NY%20Knickerbocker%20News/Albany%20NY%20Knickerbocker%20News%201941/Albany%20NY%20Knickerbocker%20News%201941%20-%202365.pdf

There is a John Tierney who died in Granville on 28 May 1896.  Thought it might be worth noting, in case he's another relative.

Sadly Michael's birth before start of civil registration in Ireland, so not to be found on irishgenealogy.com, I looked on rootsireland.ie for the baptism of a Michael 1853 +_ 1 and there are 9.

Might there be any marriage records for NY? They say 33 years married in 1910.

That's her. And i'll take a look and see if there's any connections between Michael and John. Thank you!
