Blelloch or blellock

Morning I am trying to trace the death of Andrew Blellock, born 8 March 1852 in Glasgow. I have him up to 1895 working as a printer and stationer, 4 bath st, glasgow in the post office directory, I have no idea if he got married. This famies names is spelt so many ways, its been hard work putting the tree together, he is the last one I need, can any one help, many thanks

No sign of him in census or death indexes at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk or in the indexes to the England and Wales census or the Ireland census in 1901 or 1911. So it looks as if he must have emigrated after the death of his father in 1894.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Black has this as a rare Scottish surname found Annan 1801, also Blaylock!  There's a Blayloch Drive in Glasgow G45. There are a load of Blaylock posts on Rootschat.  ;D

In the post office directory 1892, after Andrew's name is a P Blelloch of grey and blelloch, I am unable to find a birth for him as well. Mary

Hi. Andrew Blellock was a son of my great(x3) grandfather. (John Blellock)
Born 8th March 1852 in Gorbals, Glasgow.
Died 8th May 1890 at 33 Gardner Street Glasgow aged 31 years.
Occupation: Stationer's apprentice (1871)
Printer's Machine man (1890)
