Wow Hallmark --- the information you have found for Wendy -- just brilliant. I am sure she will be thrilled. You have been busy indeed.

I hadn't found the marriage, despite the fact that I looked! So they both came over from Galway and married over here. I wonder now if his actual surname was Morrissey/Morrissy.

Wendy -- you could do well to order the marriage certificate - it will give father's names for sure (or should do) and hence a better chance of finding a baptism for them both. May involve use of wildcards on surnames when searching for the baptisms!!
Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

A Darby Moran died in Great Boughton in 1868, but at the age of 59. - A relative, cousin of Winifred maybe?
 Deaths Sep 1868
Moran    Darby    59    Gt. Boughton       8a    279    YPH

and the name occurs only once in Galway on the tithe applotment books. it might be him or not, but if not,  first names run in families, so it might be a relative:

Moran   Darby   Tomony More   Ballynakill   Galway   1834
http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/reels/tab//004587405/004587405_00663.pdf

and from findmypast.ie, there is this man, who is not Winifred's father, unless he returned to Ireland. Not far from Ballynakill, maybe the Registration District for the area, I didn't check:

Moran   Darby   1790   1875   1875   Irish Deaths 1864 - 1958   Loughrea, Galway, Ireland

and two a bit farther away. both born much later than Winifred's father, just to show the occurrence of the name. I didn't see a lot of Darby Morans, though I checked off surname variations:

Moran   Darby   1826   1888   1888   Irish Deaths 1864 - 1958   Tuam, Galway, Ireland
Moran   Darby   1891   —   1891   Irish Births 1864-1958   Tuam, Galway, Ireland

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01nc9/  gets one all names starting Mor

Morriss  seems a popular spelling of Morris

I am hoping that the marriage I found in Chester is the right one - probably is.
That would give Patrick’s father’s name and we seem to have Winfred's father’s name from the 1851 census I posted.

There is a Jeremiah Moran in Tomony More   Ballynakill on Griffith's valuation, but I don't think this would be Winifred's father, who was in England in 1851. Griffith's was taken between 1853 and 1856 in Galway.

"Milthorn" must be a mistake of some kind. There is no one by that name in all Ireland in the Tithe Applotment Books at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/. And not in John Grenham's surname search of Griffith's Valuation of all Ireland, https://www.johngrenham.com/surnames/.
Might have been her English husband's name, if she had a husband.

Glad to be of help.
I would start with that marriage certificate - to check if it is your family.
