I didn't find a Winifred Moran in the baptism indexes at findmypast.ie
for Galway, 1816 - 1832. So her parish isn't available or else it isn't indexed at findmypast.

"Milthorn" must be a mistake of some kind. There is no one by that name in all Ireland in the Tithe Applotment Books at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/. And not in John Grenham's surname search of Griffith's Valuation of all Ireland, https://www.johngrenham.com/surnames/.
