Edwin Dunn was b Staffs and Betsy Brooks Lye Worcs so no apparent connection to Cornwall but it does look as though it is Catherine’s son George who is living with Betsy in 1901

I haven't been able to find the connection to Cornwall. The only thing I can think of is that Edward and Anne Stevens were witnesses at the marriage of Edwin and Betsy. I haven't been able to confidently identify them in the censuses in Kingswinford. There are some Stevens in Cornwall though. I'm sure it's a common name but that's the only connection I can think of.
